So that I can be of sound mind and body through these challenging times.

Hell, even so I can thrive through them.

Resilience=thrive no matter the conditions.

Hot topics this week- Baby-formula & Bitcoin...& what does this mean for you?

As I forecasted a couple of years ago in Corona Proof Your Life, food & fuel prices will be going up.

"but Mario you say- food & fuel already has gone up!"

Here is the sobering news:

No- they have only hit all time highs. They have not gone UP...yet.

And as far as food goes, it doesn't get more primal than feeding babies.

Healthy parents produce healthy children. Healthy mothers can breastfeed. The health of the population has been undermined for decades, effecting many women & their ability to breastfeed for the worse.

We were told this was not a problem as manufactured baby formula was widely available (& supposedly better- it isn't)...

Yeah- how is that working for us?

My point: this is a glaring example of the downstream effects of neglecting your well-being.

If you aren't resilient, strong and robust in mind & body, you ability to serve, to protect & provide those who rely on you...is compromised.

I am NOT attacking women who cannot breastfeed, I am pointing my finger at the institutional voices that have lied to us all- and suggesting you stop listening to you and trusting them.

The institutions-

LIED- told us baby formula was better and they would provide it-

LIED-told us to eat their tainted food & take their medications to deal with the consequences-

LIED-told us 2 weeks to flatten the curve, 2 years and counting to flatten the world-

And so- we each face decision- what to do with our existing resources to assure our food and fuel provisions...in the face of false promises from institutions who have lied to us again and again.

A decision not made- IS a decision made.

And perhaps you don't have a nursing baby. I don't.

But I have people with nursing babies, with babies on the way. I have people trying desperately to conceive.

And babies can't eat canned tuna. Or army survival food.

The last 3 generations have been fooled into a self absorbed view of the world.

But make no mistake; legacy matters. The next generation matters. And legacies need to be fed.

Multiple times a day. & have diapers changed. Multiple times a day.

The bottom line: get as robust as you can as quickly as you can. Not just for you.

How shall I put this: The opportunity to serve, to discover your inner strength and rise to meet perhaps your greatest challenge- & win...is coming.

Get robust. Keep your people fed.

Oh yeah- I almost forgot- Bitcoin, duh-

The institutions want it. I don't know who made it, but the institutions are positioning themselves to take it.

I will elaborate later- this is an email not a book.

Do some pushups, soak your feet, get a tan. Keep your people fed.
