back or shoulder pain.

...Oh, who are we kidding- when you suffer from back and shoulder pain.

I will target TWO muscles that are almost always problematic when you are

toughing it out thru these issues.

They are: the sub scapularis in the shoulder and the hip flexor in the core.

Typically, these will be shortened by trigger points- turning your arms into

Trex dinosaur style appendages.

And the hip flexors (attach form the spine to the thighbone) develop the same issue

turning you into a shuffler instead of a stepper.

Shortened & kinkedup- sub scaps (think armpits) & hip flexors (deep beneath your six pack).

Solution?

Brush and floss these weekly to keep to them smooth & long...and strong!

neglect them.
