Mario Hostios here- today I want to offer an insight into obtaining compliance from the most stubborn person you know....

The man in the mirror.

Hey, I get it. I've been there, shucks, I AM there, LOL.

Each day I face the truth of my willingness, or lack thereof, to be and do what is required of me to achieve my goals and dreams.

NO. I do not always feel like working out, or working. YES, sometimes I get tired, frustrated, and it gets the better of me.

I have found willpower to be no more useful than emergency power to get thru times I am stuck.

Rather, I come to accept that I must stack the odds in my favor by placating my inner child with desserts...that have the medicine I need hidden in them.

And so- I no longer seek to punish or pressure myself and others with the drivel of bland tasteless nutrition.

It doesn't work.

Instead, I favor ways to stack super foods into desserts.

Watermelon. Dark Chocolate. Ginger slices. Beef tallow sweet potato fries.

You get the idea? Makes treats into super foods.

I will get into more detail on this soon, but for now, here is the super food smoothie I use for superhuman sex.
