In the age of attention we are all competing for our slice of it.

Personally, I prefer to offer relevant and value driven content over lowest common denominator

entertainment.

Not that I'm against LCDE- yes, that is an acronym, mine. LCDE is junk food entertainment. Yum.

Anywho- this is a brief reminder that Magnesium is the king of minerals. Epsom Salts, probably in your bathroom right now, are easily prepared into a proverbial fountain of youth for you to enjoy.

Let's break it down and get you on it, tonight.

Dishwash tub. 12 quart. Rubbermaid- you might already have one.
Epsom Salts. 1/4 cup.
Hydrogen Peroxide 3%. 8 oz.
Fill the tub 1/2 full warm water. Add the Epsom Salts and Peroxide. Soak your feet 20 min.

You will absorb the magnesium through your feet, bypassing your gut and so hershey squirts...bonus!

That magnesium will help you sleep better, and boost your energy and focus because it's the fuel that the spark plugs (mitochrondria) in your cells use to start your engines.

For some reason science has observed that topical magnesium also boost DHEA, the anti aging, anti stress hormone.

So there you go- DIY biochemistry in your living room while you Netflix and chill.
