In the cyber age attention is the new asset...and all of us- our attention

is being bought and sold. Continually.

Money needs to move. Like a shark, if it stops moving it sinks.

And so your attention is bought and sold, and money moves from one "influencer"

to another.

This is largely done unbeknown to you...with little benefit to you for your participation.

Increasingly, content falls under the umbrella of entertainment without value (especially news).

That- is not my cup of tea.

I have avoided invitations to start a current events blog for that reason. I'm not interested in accumulating eyeballs. I want to amass elbows.

I prefer to offer solutions. To invite others to get engaged in using them-

IF they have a problem that I have a solution for.

To help promote that solution IF they know others with the problem.

So how do you know IF I am worth your time?

I will be blunt.

IF you are of the lifer lifter mentality; someone who enjoys physical activity and plans to keep doing it- my solution is worth your time.

IF you are into anti aging, and whatever other popular terms that convey that notion- there may be no better place to be than on my list.

IF you are intrigued, or obsessed, with the mystique of meditation, qigong, yoga, prayer, and how all that jazz makes the music you seek?

Then welcome home my friend.

Now- IF you aren't into any of that- maybe you should unsubscribe. I hate to lose you, but if my voice is a waste of your attention, I want you to connect with whoever and whatever is well suited for where you are right now.

I...want the best for you. Even IF it's not here with me.
