Mario Hostios here, biohacking snacks today.

Good god I live them.

I just wish the people who make didn't hate us so much.

Or maybe they are just uver stoopid.

We may never know, and it doesn't matter. What does matter is:

How to choose treats that won't burden you with chronic disease.

Let's get to it.

Seed oils, hydrogenated oils, vegetable oils- dominate as the ingredient in most packaged foods.

And they are BAD for you.

Cause inflammation. Chronic disease. Bad body odor too.

So what to do?

Well, we can't avoid these crappy oils completely, but we can chose snack chips that are prepared with avocado oil or coconut oil.

Breath test it yourself: Eat a bag (small bag haha) of any frito lays chips and check your breath.

THEN later, after the aftermath (check that odor too-yuck) Try eating a bag of chips made with avocado oil

That's what I did and I was shocked by the difference in the odor. As in none.
